Amy has 25+ years of work experience in Facilities Management for major commercial real estate corporations and has managed / maintained commercial portfolios consisting of multi-tenant office, flex space and retail space; she has coordinated property renovation projects, tenant build to suit suites and service contracts and was responsible for multi-million dollar operating and construction budgets. Amy successfully transferred her skills into the furniture industry ten years ago. Her vast knowledge of building infrastructure includes life safety issues, electrical and mechanical systems, interiors to include carpet / paint / lighting / window treatments / artwork. Amy always remembers to confirm the installation logistics to include permits, insurance certificates, loading dock access, elevator constraints, dumpsters, etc. Amy is trained in AutoCAD, Giza, Project Spec, rendering software and has vast design knowledge of furniture and furnishings products. Amy is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) and has a real estate license for residential / commercial / leased properties.
